For me, as a T3M0NO and who has just completed 44 sessions of IMRT, my RO is currently prescribing 24 months but says it is up to me if I want to stop somewhere after 12 months. He view is that 12 months is minimum for my situation and 24 months is optimum. However, give the other adverse effects of ADT treatment noted here, patients are left wondering if they are doing themselves more harm than good pushing it all the way until 2 years. How are people on iADT arm suffering hot flushes? That makes no sense. Or did they only suffer the hot flushes in on the ON cycles?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5068743626565397624.post-19523272024261249532023-04-30T12:10:49.660-07:002023-04-30T12:10:49.660-07:00I believe your summary will be life-altering for m...I believe your summary will be life-altering for most men on long-term ADT therapy.
